Team Member

We're looking for friendly, energetic team members who see to it that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy. If you can stick faithfully to our food safety practices, prepare our food the right way and welcome guests promptly and courteously, then this position is for you.

General Manager

Are you someone people naturally look up to? Then we’re looking for you. General managers lead by example, building teams that click to deliver maximum sales volume and profit margin. The GM builds business through increasing sales, controlling costs and ensuring that the right product—prepared exactly the right way—reaches each guest in a quick and welcoming manner.

Training Coordinator

Our training coordinators are excellent teachers at heart. They show new members the ropes and ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy. The coordinator also trains new and current team members in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Crew Chief

Our crew chiefs keep shifts running smoothly and team members motivated to keep bringing our guests their best. They are positive and effective role models for all team members in appearance and our Culver's “my pleasure” attitude.

Porter

Our porters keep our restaurants looking and running sharp. Porters maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant so they’re always clean, comfortable and consistent for our guests. Our porters are also responsible for completing scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment, safely and correctly. You must be able to work independently without supervision.

Assistant Manager

Our assistant managers work with the general manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly and to boost sales volume and profit margin. AMs also help identify and develop future managers and motivate team members to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy and comes back again soon.
